Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup soy sauce
Pepper to taste
1-3 pounds spareribs, individually cut
1 large sealable plastic bag
Directions:
Into the sealable plastic bag add honey, soy sauce and pepper. Mix well.
Add the ribs to the bag and seal. Mix together until ribs are well coated. Put the bag in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
Grill the spareribs over medium high heat for 10 minutes or until cooked through and nice and crispy.

Not to worry if you don't have a grill, you can bake the ribs in the oven at 350 degrees or until cooked through, To make the ribs crispy, place them under the broiler for 2 minutes more.
