Ingredients:
4 slices sourdough bread
1 teaspoon butter or enough to cover 4 slices of bread)
1/2 pounds sliced turkey
4 thin wedges of Brie cheese
4 thin slices of tomato
1 cup Russian dressing, for dipping sauce ( see recipe below)
Directions:
Heat up a grill, toaster oven, or oven to 350 degrees.
Butter 1 side of each bread slice and then put them buttered side down on a clean work surface.
Divide the turkey , tomato and chees and stack on one piece of the bread( make sure the tomato is in the middle)
Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
Heat the sandwich on the grill or in the oven and cook umtil the bread is nicely browned and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Cut the sandwiches in half and wrap the in foil to keep them warm.
Russian Dressing:
Combine equal amounts of mayonnaise,sweet pickle relish,and catsup and mix together.

I find it much easier to pick up a bottle of dressing at the store, FYI the rind of the brie cheese has live bacteria in it that is good for your digestive system.
